About B3-Health
Thoughtful, evidence-based therapy and assessment for children, teens, adults, and families across Louisiana.
Our Story
B3-Health was founded by two close friends and colleagues who met while pursuing their doctoral training in clinical psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology at Xavier University of Louisiana.
From the beginning, we shared a vision of creating a practice where evidence-based care and genuine human connection go hand in hand. Throughout our training, practicum experiences, and postdoctoral fellowship, we developed not only a shared clinical approach but also a lasting friendship built on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect.
Today, that shared vision is the foundation of B3-Health. We provide thoughtful, personalized therapy and psychological assessment for children, adolescents, adults, and families, combining clinical expertise with compassionate care to help people better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Our Team
Jill Boutté, Psy.D., LCSW
Jill Boutté, PsyD, LCSW, provides therapy and psychological assessment services for infants, young children, adolescents, and their caregivers. She has extensive experience helping children and families navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, learning differences, emotional and behavioral concerns, and difficulties related to school, daily functioning, and family relationships.
Dr. Jill is especially passionate about helping families better understand the factors contributing to a child’s struggles while developing practical, evidence-based strategies that support growth, emotional wellbeing, and stronger parent-child relationships. Her work is grounded in developmentally informed treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused interventions, and parent coaching. She frequently collaborates with caregivers to build skills that support emotional regulation, behavior, sleep, executive functioning, and everyday routines.
In addition to therapy, Dr. Jill conducts comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to assess attention, executive functioning, learning differences, autism-related concerns, and broader diagnostic questions. She is known for translating complex assessment findings into clear, meaningful recommendations that help families, schools, and other providers move forward with greater understanding and confidence.
Dr. Jill has a special interest in infant and early childhood mental health, parent-child relationships, executive functioning, and culturally responsive care for children and families. She strives to create a warm, collaborative environment where children and caregivers feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
When she’s not working, Dr. Jill can usually be found spending time with family and friends (especially her niece), planning her next trip to Walt Disney World Resort, reading psychological thrillers, watching reality TV and documentaries, catching a movie, enjoying a pool day, shopping a little too much, or continuing to perfect the art of the power nap.
Laura Braby, Psy.D.
Laura Braby, Psy.D. provides therapy and psychological assessment services for adolescents and adults navigating addiction and substance use concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), adjustment difficulties, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Dr. Braby has particular expertise in working with addictive behaviors, borderline personality disorder, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related concerns, OCD, adjustment-related challenges, and women’s issues. She is especially passionate about helping clients better understand longstanding patterns while developing healthier ways of responding to difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She also provides affirming support related to identity, development, and gender and sexuality.
Her work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy, exposure-based interventions, and mindfulness-based approaches. She takes a thoughtful, collaborative approach and works alongside clients to create treatment that feels individualized, practical, and genuinely helpful.
In addition to therapy, Dr. Braby conducts comprehensive psychological evaluations for ADHD, autism-related concerns, personality functioning, and broader diagnostic clarification in adolescents and adults.
Known for her warm, direct, and compassionate style, Dr. Braby strives to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and appropriately challenged as they build insight, resilience, and confidence in navigating life more effectively.
When she’s not working, Dr. Braby enjoys reading, relaxing by the pool, planning her next trip to Thailand, caring for her ever-growing plant collection, and finding any excuse to lace up her skates.Supporting Your Experience at B3-Health
