About B3-Health
Thoughtful, evidence-based therapy and assessment for children, teens, adults, and families across Louisiana.
Our Story
B3-Health was founded by two close friends and colleagues who met while pursuing their doctoral training in clinical psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology at Xavier University of New Orleans.
From the beginning, we knew we wanted to build a private practice together—one grounded in thoughtful, evidence-based care that feels warm, personal, and genuinely helpful.
Over the years, we trained and worked side by side through practicum and postdoctoral fellowship, developing a shared approach to therapy and assessment and a lasting friendship built on trust, collaboration, and a common vision.
What began as a professional partnership grew into a lasting friendship built on mutual respect, collaboration, and a shared commitment to helping people better understand themselves and create meaningful change.
Together, we created B3-Health to offer therapy and assessment that feels both clinically rigorous and genuinely human.
Our Team
Jill Boutté, Psy.D., LCSW
Jill Boutté, PsyD, LCSW, provides therapy and psychological assessment for infants, young children, adolescents, and their caregivers. She has extensive experience helping children and families navigate anxiety, trauma, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, learning differences, emotional and behavioral concerns, and school-related difficulties.
