  • We are in-network with select insurance plans, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. Additional insurance plans may be accepted depending on the provider. Please contact us to verify your benefits and coverage.

    We are also happy to provide superbills for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

    Individual Therapy – Licensed Psychologist

    • $185 / 53-minute session

    • $210 for the initial session

    Individual Therapy – Licensed Clinical Social Worker

    • $175 / 53-minute session

    • $195 for the initial session

    Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are not using insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected cost of services.

  • ADHD Testing

    • $1,600

    • Includes testing, feedback session, and written report

    • Expedited report (within 14 days): $300

    Learning Disability Evaluation

    • $1,800

    • Includes testing, feedback session, and written report

    • Expedited report (within 14 days): $300

    Basic IQ Testing

    • $500

    • Includes administration of a Wechsler intelligence test

    • Expedited report (within 14 days): $100

    Other Comprehensive Evaluations

    • $185 per hour

    • Includes developmental evaluations, psychoeducational assessments, autism-related evaluations, and other diagnostic testing

  • B3 Health does not provide custody evaluations and generally does not participate in legal proceedings, including court appearances, depositions, or written opinions for contested matters.

    If a clinician is subpoenaed or otherwise required to participate in legal matters, all related time—including record review, consultation, preparation, travel, waiting time, and testimony—will be billed at $300 per hour, with payment required in advance.
